Preferred Owner Program Terms and Conditions
One Reward point is equal to one dollar. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Any items purchased with the preferred card cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ value will be applied to the preferred card.
Your reward points can be used only for retail purchases at Beckley Buick GMC Auto Mall, Inc. Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with other specials, coupons or discount pricing. Your preferred card can be used for any vehicle in your household. Points can only be earned on retail service/parts purchases. You can not accrue points on warranty, insurance, extended warranty, or OnStar upgrade purchases. Points can not be redeemed on the first day you are enrolled in the program. Maximum redemption per visit is 500 points (or $500.00 dollars) in sales or 300 points in service/parts (or $300.00 dollars). Maximum amount earned per transaction is 250 points (or $250.00 in sales) and 300 points or ($300.00 in service/parts). All points expire in two years from date earned. Points earned are credited to either your service/parts balance, or your vehicle purchase balance. Points earned for service/parts can not be redeemed for a vehicle purchase. Points earned for a vehicle purchase can not be redeemed for service/parts. Beckley Buick GMC Auto Mall, Inc. reserves the right to make corrections for any clerical mistakes and to notify the customer in writing or in person of the mistake. Points given by clerical mistake are not valid points and not redeemable. Beckley Buick GMC Auto Mall, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the program at any time. These terms and conditions form the agreement for the GM Preferred Owner Program with Beckley Buick GMC Auto Mall, Inc. You agree to read and understand these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, you have the option of not participating in the program.
